Approved damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of cost.

Replacement delivery may take 3–5 business days, depending on location.

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Once the return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


Refund processing time:

5–7 business days after approval.

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and oils), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery

The wrong product was delivered


Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind

Opened or used products

Allergic reactions or personal sensitivity

Minor packaging variations

Our products are made with natural ingredients. However, skin sensitivity varies from person to person.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use.
Refunds or returns are not applicable for allergic reactions.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
